Donnie Moustaki keeps defying genres (whilst always maintaining his clear trademark) with the new release coming out via by Cheesy Lover, the sublabel of the german imprint Blaq Numbers. In No Signal EP we listen to the french mystery man delivering a melange of jazz-infused disco garnished with hip hop and a pinch of house on top.

Following the magnificent Space Pleasure Cruise, Moustaki’s new record brings two special guests, with a combination of sampling and synths with the tender voice of Imaginary Friend on the A-side and a wired keys inferno with XCVIII on the B-side. Bremen based Warpath & Ranko and Scissorwork from Bristol join the green spacey textures with remixes. Life runs secretly smoother with these sounds… Available on vinyl.
