Over the past year the Lisbon-based Bernardo Mota has become one of our favorite up and coming producers. His music has been conquering the underground house scene, having released countless mesmerizing edits, and putting out some slick EP’s and Singles via theBasement Discos, Fresh Take Records, Karussell and more. He was also featured in Jamie Jones’ Boiler Room in London and that speaks for itself. Mota is now preparing to drop the awaited Simple Times EP on Simplexia Records and 2021 might be special for him, with more releases coming out later in the year.

Party Promises showcases Mota’s prowess to conduct a dancefloor to ecstasy. Starting slowly he builds our vibes for tonight steadily. Names like Kerri Chandler, Fouk, DJ Paulo, David Penn or D’Julz explode in the speakers during this one hour trip that includes some treats from Mota himself. Higher and higher through the night, ending with “Soul Kid”… this is not for the fainted hearts. Shake dat booty!
