Detroit singer, producer (and dancer) Javonntte presents Drumma EP, traversing the deep and soulful spectrum with two original productions, remixed on the flip side side by Winters and Romaal Kultan. Released by Waella’s Choice, this record connects Detroit, London and Melbourne in four tracks.

From the magnetism of the title track we are taken to “Jazzpianodance”, an instant anthem with a clear bruk approach, incorporating Javonntte’s love for jazz fusion. The B-side presents remixes from two young producers with a bright future. Melbourne-raised and now London-based, Winters follows up with a low-slung R&B version. Touching Bass family Romaal Kultan ups the tempo with heavy punches of broken percussion. Drumma is available on vinyl, adding to the reputation of Waella’s Choice as a growing stable of leading house artists.
