Following successful releases on prestigious labels such as Rhythm Section, 22a, CoOp Presents and Wolf Music, producer, instrumentalist and DJ, Neue Grafik joins Total Refreshment Centre to present us a new mini-LP, Foulden Road. With him, an ensemble of gifted musicians: Emma-Jean Thackray, whom arranged Neue’s compositions for a quartet formed by Vels Trio's Dougal Taylor on drums, Matt Gedrych from MaddAddam on bass and Jordan Saintard.

Neue Grafik’s approach mixes jazz, house and hip hop, unique geographical flavours of African ethnicity, Parisian roots and a love for London sounds like broken beat & grime. After being introduced to the community of the TRC during an after-hours jam, the idea of forming a band to create on the producer’s compositions, started to flow naturally. The collection of seven tracks included in Foulden Road reflect the many moods and various genres indicative of Neue's creative approach illustrated above. Brother Portrait, Esinam, Nubya Garcia and Allysha Joy join the ensemble to underline the record’s collaborative spirit. Dropping this week, Foulden Road is available for pre-orders, courtesy of Total Refreshment Centre.
