Via Sola Terra Records, a London-based label that has been releasing the works from Ebi Soda - one of the best new acts in jazz hailing from the city -, the quintet The VV Experience lays the groundwork for their own sonic imprint in jazz-electronic fusion, presenting their debut entitled Nuality. Recorded live, back in 2018, at The Boathouse Studio, this EP captures the 5-piece’s lively character as they explore energetic beats juxtaposed with blizzards of live electronics.

Nuality is a very strong debut - the drums, spraying energy in the background, are on point setting a scene in which the horns, keys and bass intertwine, complexify, disappear, resurface and intertwine again with high-levels of groove, for our joy. Electronic elements are present, producing a distinctive sonic texture. Comprised by five tracks, Nuality has its own life. Available in vinyl, via Sola Terra Records.
