The Lille-based Beatbliotek label has been releasing consistently generous releases since its inception last year. Under their stamp, the Belarusian Awlnight and the Taiwanese FarragoL join forces to deliver a collaborative project, connecting over worlds of distance: Splash Brothers. Just like the Golden State Warriors stars they hit nothing but net, track by track, sharing a cassette full of of underground instrumental hip hop experiments.
Having already worked in a few tracks before, this time the pleasure lasts longer. From the A side, with Awlnight’s r&b-esque vibes, we flip the cassette for FarragoL’s waves of vapor. They both bring their unique style that complement each other to create this rhythmic and eclectic sampled based album. Available on a very limited cassette edition, courtesy of our good friends from Beatbliotek.
