The brothers Ben and Louis Helliker-Hales have been producing huge doses of high-karat club music for over a decade now under the famous Chaos In The CBD moniker. Their releases, via their own In Dust We Trust label, contain special moments of pure creative freedom in which we see the duo experimenting and evolving as artists. That has been the case in the past few years and is the case in Brainstorm EP, their new project that dropped last friday.
Brainstorm EP progresses over deep choices of sounds, with all the elements making sense as the tracks unfold. The title-track “Brainstorm” will become a deep house anthem for us, and is a collaboration between Chaos In The CBD and newcomer Mongo Skato who is a new signing to In Dust We Trust and has a solo EP coming on the label later in the year.
