Today we groove with the infectious sounds of Misto Kay's debut EP, What Makes You Dance, dropping tomorrow via Wicked Wax. This Amsterdam-based artist/producer has dropped a couple of very interesting productions and remixes lately, so we were waiting for this one for a while - right up our alleyway, with a blend of jazz elements and electronics.
Misto Kay's multi-instrumentalism, with a focus on jazz piano, shines through in his productions. His music is filled with playful melodies, surprising rhythms, and a broad range of genres, inspired by artists like Moses Yoofee, King Krule, and K15.
