Through the award-winning First Word Records, Matters Of The Heartless is Olivier St. Louis' new EP, with a release date set for next friday. Following two critically-acclaimed EPs with Berlin-based label Jakarta Records, the release of The Serious EP with Bibio on Warp Records and world tours supporting some of the artists that collaborated with him, Olivier worked on all-new material - now set to be unleashed upon the world.
In each of the tracks of Matters Of The Heartless, we feel the soul of the protagonist, composing a project that runs essentially on the waves of soul-funk but with many touches of rock 'n' roll.
