Taken from Transcendence (Atjazz Records), the upcoming debut album by Australian super trio Oyobi, Mi Ritmo ignites our desires for warmer nights. Vincent Sebastian, Adam Ventoura and Daniel Pliner (Oyobi) team up with Danny G Felix and his Colombian orchestra Malo Malo to deliver an awesome latin-jazz-house anthem that will definitely reach great heights - layers upon layers of beautiful lively percussion, horns, piano & bass make this a very exciting start to what is turning out to be an intoxicating musical journey from Oyobi.
Mi Ritmo is packed with with two original mixes (one being a radio edit) and three remixes. Oyobi’s Vincent Sebastian drops a more 4x4 feel to the original song design with great elegance; Rosario takes things really deep presenting a strong deep house moment; and Nicole Tania stirs things right up with a more modern take, where 808 drums lead the way.
