Following a much loved first volume of the Street Edits series, Takaya is back to Leicester-based The Groove Stage to release Street Edits 2. Originally coming to prominence as the man behind a series of very classy edits earlier in the decade he disappeared for a few years coming back last year with Street Edits 1. The second volume follows the spirit of its predecessor, with four tracks formed into smooth, sexy, moody, deep, danceable grooves.
Indebted to the sounds of Detroit, New York or Toronto, Street Edits 2 is set to rotate in eclectic dancefloors as soon as that is possible. All the way from Japan, this is a classy project available digitally via Bandcamp (with one Bonus Track).
